Infrastructure
Hood River Valley High School has a Safe Routes to School Plan, finalized in September of 2025!
Together with Westside Elementary School, the Urban Boundary has a total of 27 infrastructure recommendations including Indian Creek Road, Tucker Road and the Indian Creek Trail. Beginning on page 30 of the plan, you will find a school site plan, identified barriers for students and recommendations to make walking and biking safer. -

Club Ebike
This club is equal parts choose-your-own-adventure, safety lessons, wayfinding and neighborhood mental mapping and having fun!
Students will gain more confidence in e-biking while subversively learning traffic etiquette, empathy and laws. We listen to music and have fun.
